I really should stop sleeping on the couch. I seem to have the weirdest dreams when I sleep on the couch.
What I can remember is, there was a cat show but I didn't have a cat to show nor was I a judge? I guess I was just watching it. Then I needed to take a shower but the bathroom was a bio hazard and was the men's room. Someone told me not to use the toilets because they don't flush and stupid me looked in one. *gag* Then I was at some kind of military base on another planet. I called someone on another planet (Earth, maybe?) to talk about something (I needed advise on something of a very personal nature (not exactly sure what)) and the people watching the security monitors noticed but all they could see was that I was talking to someone. So, they asked one of the commanding officers if I was supposed to be talking to someone stationed at their base (I guess I was being punished by being sent to the other planet?) and they were told it was none of their business. Turns out the officer they called was who I was talking to.
I feel like there was something after that but I woke up during it so that's the part I can't remember.
Anyway, I slept on the couch because my back was hurting all day yesterday. So, no, I did not walk on the treadmill today, nor did I take a shower.
My glucose this morning was 93 and my blood pressure was 146 over 79.
