Nov. 11th, 2025 07:42 amI totally forgot to post this yesterday. But it was a DAY!
A few weeks ago my right knee started hurting but if I babied it (sitting with my feet up for a few hours each day) it would stop hurting. But at the end of last week, it started hurting more (I chose to only sweep the kitchen and take out the trash over the weekend because of this).
When I say my knee started hurting more, I mean it. It now hurts to bend my knee more than to walk and sit down. Like when I try to get into bed.
My mattress is so thick that I have to lift my leg to almost waist height in order to climb in. When I went to get into bed Sunday night I could barely lift my leg and when I put my knee on the mattress in preparation of climbing into the bed, it hurt so much that I had to go around to the other side of the bed to get in. I spent most of last night with my feet up and thought I would get up this morning and try walking to see if that could help.
But when I went to bed last night, I couldn't even lift my leg to get in the bed. So I went around to the other side and slept for just under two hours (one hour and fifty-eight minutes to be exact). I woke up feeling like I was going to be sick and that feeling lasted long enough for me to watch FBI, Watson, and The Neighborhood. So naturally I did not get up to walk.
And right now, my knee isn't hurting as much as it has been. I did notice yesterday that after I have sat at my desk for more than a few minutes (most of my day) my knee would hurt so I'm thinking that the way I have it bent is the problem. I'm trying to keep it mostly straight while sitting at my desk.
This are my readings from yesterday.
