I woke up and thought it was after 1am, so I got up. When I got into the living room, I realized it was actually only after 11pm. *face palm*

I was in bed for about an hour and a half.

I decided to watch some TV and settled on starting a rewatch of The Big Bang Theory. But since I fell asleep, I'm going to have to start it over again. I then slept longer than intended and when I woke up, just couldn't bring myself to change into my workout clothes.

My blood pressure this morning was 145 over 77 and my glucose was 92. I'm very surprised at my glucose because I had sour cream and onion Pringles, French onion dip with regular Pringles, and some Fritos yesterday. And I had the Fritos after 6pm.

The reason I mention what time it was when I had the Fritos is because I'm supposed to be doing intermittent fasting. I try to eat between 9am and 4pm. Of course, it doesn't always happen and sometimes I eat earlier and/or later. But I still try.
