Feb. 17th, 2025 11:25 amToday has already been a day.
First, I didn't go to bed until around 10:30 last night. I woke up about three hours later feeling overly warm. While throwing off the covers, my right calf became one big knot so I decided to just get up. I went and sat on the couch with my lumbar pillow inflated and fell back asleep.
I had planned to walk this morning but my calf is very sore because it cramped on me multiple times over the weekend.
My mother had called me Friday to talk about some texts she sent me. I have decided that I am going to start decorating for Christmas and she was at Michael's and saw some decorations for 80% off.
When I went to the store Thursday after my doctor's appointment the low tire pressure light came on. I needed to get the oil changed and the car inspected as well, so decided to go to this car place near my parents' house on Saturday, plus I hadn't seen them since Christmas.
I went to Discount Tire to have my tires aired up then went to the car place. Mom came and got me from there and we sent to Michael's. My color scheme for my tree will be blue/white/silver and I found a silver garland and some other decorations.
Sunday was just me sitting on the couch watching TV, playing solitaire on my tablet (which has my thumb hurting from how I had it propped on the TV tray), and playing games on my phone (which has my thumb hurting from swiping the screen).
I did watch the final episodes of Cobra Kai and I must say, they ended things perfectly. I also started season four of Sweet Magnolias and I'm not sure about a couple of the story lines this season.
Then, today.
I had decided to try this crockpot queseo dip I found on TikTok but didn't want to stand at the stove and brown it up. So, I put it in the crockpot for a couple of hours then added the other ingredients. I have had some and it is very good. I think I might try it over some rice.
When I clocked in this morning, the program we use to enter sales wasn't working. Because it was so early I thought it was just me. Turns out it wasn't.
Then one of my sites sent an email saying they were overcharged. When I first looked, it didn't appear to be the case but when I looked again, I saw they had been. I deleted one of the entries and then later realized that was the wrong thing to do but there is no way to fix it, as far as I know.
At this point, I just want to go back to bed and forget today even happened.
