I had my three month check up with my doctor yesterday that's why I didn't make a post.

So, everything's fine, except that I am almost back to what I weighed in 2020 and that makes me disgusted with myself.

I was diagnosed with A Fib back in November but apparently it's not an all time thing. I'm supposed to see a cardiologist but they haven't called to set up the appointment and I keep forgetting to call them (plus, I don't think I have the number any longer).

For at least a week after every appointment, I don't take my blood pressure or glucose because I allow myself to eat what I want, when I want (sometimes it goes longer than a week).

There are things that have happened within the past couple of days that have made it clear I HAVE to force myself to start walking on my treadmill so the plan is to do that come Monday. I really do want to lose forty pounds by July and I think if I start eating healthier and walking on my treadmill five days a week, I can do it.

I also really want to go to Disney World some day and there is so much walking involved that I need to get my stamina up so that I don't die.
