Feb. 11th, 2025 06:37 amI know I used to complain that I wasn't sleeping and now that I am, I feel weird complaining that I seem to be sleeping too much. Does this mean that my menopause induced insomnia is over?
I slept for over five hours again last night. And felt groggy when I woke up. It took me over an hour to fall back asleep on the couch. Normally I would have forced myself to get up and walk but every time I tried to sit up and watch TV, my eyes would close. I stopped trying because it was obvious that my body didn't want to do that.
I didn't even feel like bathing or making my bed.
