Mar. 13th, 2025 06:36 amI only slept in the bed for a couple of hours because I, once again, couldn't find a comfortable position to sleep in.
I bought some of that weatherstripping that went viral on TikTok a could of months ago and put it up last night. It took me a really long time and I don't think I got it along the bottom correctly because I can't get on my knees. I'll find out tomorrow if opening my door messes it up or not.
In the mornings, I sit for twenty minutes without doing anything before I take my blood pressure. I think I'm going to go back to only five or ten minutes.
