(no subject)
Feb. 25th, 2025 06:52 amI slept on the couch again last night. BUT I took an actual shower. Although I did forget to wash my hair. I rinsed it and while rinsing off the body wash, realized I didn't use shampoo. Oops? I then got dressed. This is not the shirt I wanted to wear but since that shirt is white and the only bra that was clean is black, I went with this one. I bought it either for Valentine's Day or when I went as a devil for Halloween. It is a keeper.

And yes, I am wearing shoes. I don't normally wear shoes in my house but it's still chilly here in the mornings and I'm washing my slippers (they won't be dry until tomorrow or Thursday). I didn't want my feet to get cold, so I put on shoes. Please ignore my hair, I don't brush it when it's wet because I had a stylist once tell me that causes damage.
I also made my bed. Only thing I did not do this morning was walk on the treadmill but since I've been having issues with my back lately, I thought it was for the best. But at least I am a couple of steps closer to my goals for this year.

I broke down and had two bowls of cereal last night and that is probably why my glucose is so high. I've also started sitting for ten minutes before taking my blood pressure.
