I finally got off my lazy ass yesterday after work and took my daughter’s DVR to UPS to return it to Verizon. The lady at The UPS Store told me to call Verizon to give them my tracking number.

The woman who answered the phone seemed really confused as to what I was doing. She told me I should have called first, nothing on their site said I had to, and until they could process a ‘return order’ I would still be paying for the box.

She also asked me no less than three times if I was returning one box and why. I just repeated word for word why I was calling each time. My answer wasn’t going to change so why should I say it differently?
