This is my problem, how, exactly?

You want me to do, what, exactly, when you tell me that I boxed up some of your May paperwork with the April paperwork? You knew April hadn't been boxed yet and yet you still went ahead and filed your May paperwork. How is it my problem that you filed your stuff early? You're not going to guilt me into going through those five boxes and pull out your stuff when it's your fault they're in there. You're not in my direct chain of command, not even really in my department anymore (she moved from AR to AP which is how I got my job). So unless C or L tells me to pull your paperwork from the boxes, I ain't gonna do it. So, please, grow up and accept responsibility for your mistake.
