And that's why I didn't consider myself a fandom old. My dad was the reader in the family, but he was too busy going to school to read me bedtime stories.

But I was told that since I remember when we had to hide that we write fanfiction, and had to have disclaimers on our fic, and remember EVEN ONE LiveJournal purge (or the ff.net purge), then I'm a fandom old. Which is fine by me. I know how old I am and celebrate it every year on my birthday.
