Need money to help pay for dental surgery

My best friend Rachel has to have an abscessed tooth removed Wednesday. She works for Wal-Mart and has sucky insurance. She's been living with her dad (which is not an ideal situation even when she's healthy). She thinks she's going to need roughly $600 to pay for the surgery.
